Your recruiter wears many hats (they’re a recruiter, advocate and negotiator all in one) and works to find you a permanent job that’s right for you. The hiring process is streamlined and you have one point of contact the entire time.
Here’s what your recruiter will do:
- Prep you for your interviews.
- Provide resume advice to ensure your experience is captured and highlighted in the best way.
- Work directly with the facility hiring team to make sure your interest in opportunities is prioritized and you get an interview quickly.
- Gather immediate interview feedback.
- Facilitate salary negotiation.
- Secure offer decisions, making sure you’re in the loop the entire time.
- Redirect you to additional opportunities if your top choice doesn’t work out. They’ll stick with you until you secure a fantastic permanent position.
- Guide you through the hospital pre-boarding process.
